MONTSHIP ETHICS AND INTEGRITY
The volume of business handled often measures success. Our barometer is the endurance of the Company from 1925 as the premier agency and shipbroker in Canada, a position we have maintained. This longevity is attributed to the quality of Principals for whom we act, and their trust in our ethics and integrity. As in all successful service companies, these attributes are paramount and are understood.

Our Code of Conduct requires that employees keep the Principal’s affairs confidential at all times. This encompasses all information pertaining to rates, systems, procedures, contracts and overall activities. We are proud to assure all of our Principals and customers of our commitment.
