Bermuda Container Line (BCL) was formed in 1979. It is the island’s first Bermuda owned and operated container and ro/ro service. Over the years, BCL vessels have delivered nearly a half million containers and numerous vehicles, boats, building projects and heavy equipment.

BCL’s terminal operation permits the most efficient US and global transshipment cargo connections from around the world, accepting Full Containers (FCL), Roll On/Roll Off and Breakbulk Cargo.

In addition to transporting newly manufactured vehicles to world markets, Höegh Autoliners is also a leading carrier of second-hand vehicles as well as high and heavy construction equipment and other rolling and non-rolling stock. Höegh Autoliners’ vessels that can handle virtually anything on wheels up to five meters in height and 150 tonnes in weight.

It provides a dedicated service from East Coast North America (Baltimore, New York, Wilmington, Jacksonville, Galveston) to Europe, the Mediterranean, Red Sea, Arabian Gulf, West and South Africa and South East Asia.
